Pneumatic Engraving Machine II

Katway II - combination device with pneumatic engraver and micro motor.

The Katway II is the ideal entry-level device for anyone who wants to get involved in jewelry engraving and setting gemstones.
Without the need of an external  compressor and with it's small dimensions the device is ideal for the workbench.
The relatively low operating noise allows the use in small workshops with customer traffic.

The pneumatic engraver includes 6 engravers and 6 colour coded quick-change holders.
The impact strength and maximum speed are to be preset at the base unit; the frequency of the strokes can easily be regulated by the foot pedal.
The handpiece comes with 2 different pistons (4 and 6 grams). Easily replaceable by unscrewing the handle of the pneumatic handpiece.

The basic settings for the micro motor are also made on the base unit.
You can set the maximum speed and polishing or drill mode.
After selecting the working mode you control the speed by the foot pedal.
The connection to the base unit  is made with a 3-pin DIN plug, so that other motors with the same operating voltage can also be controlled.
